Baiting

Our outdoor bating program consists of locking bait boxes inspected, cleaned, replenished monthly to control these pests before they gain access inside your home or office. Before we begin a bating program, we carefully review the property to see what makes it vulnerable to a rodent infestation. Following an inspection and setting up a graph of the property, we select the appropriate rodenticide to use for the initial treatment. Later, to adapt to the rodents\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\' behavior, rodenticides are changed for long term control. Our federally approved rodent Bait boxes are locked at all times and anchored so that they are safe and tamper-proof. All bait boxes are inspected, cleaned, sanitized and replenished on a monthly basis.

Trapping

We trap the rodents in the attics of home, offices, commercial businesses and remove them before odors occur. It is crucial at times to implement a rodent trapping program. Traps are either set outside around the perimeter or in the attic of the structure. It is essential to place them in either secure box or the attic so that neither humans or pets will come in contact with them. Sometimes using traps to reduce a rodent infestation, is a very appropriate avenue. If the population is very large and baiting is simply not enough, then trapping plays an important role.

Rodent exclusion: secure and seal outside openings to stop any future intrusion by rats and mice. Rodent exclusion is not performed until baiting and/or trapping has been underway for s certain period. Exclusion generally includes the garage vents on the side walls, eves, roof vents, dryer vents and other key areas such as the downspouts, to ensure the rodents will not gain entry.
